The spring snapped when opening my window. Can it be replaced. Are the parts still available.

Hi, I have a window that has the 2 springs broken on each side, I was able to pull the white housing out of the sash, I attached a picture with it. The window weighs 13.5 Lbs. Can you advice which balances I need to fix the window? Thank you. Cris

Vinyl tilt window pivot it has a 7 written in marker.

I believe I need an S180, but I'm not sure which lbs. It's stamped with 7AE. Does that indicate I need 7 lbs? The height of the window pane it supports is 21 3/4". The width is 28 1/2". Thank you!

Hello, I need two parts for my window. The bar has 985 2-A. It's 2.5 inches long. The pivot lock shoe has a 7 on it. That is also 2.5 inches in length and about 1 inch wide. It's hard to measure without taking it out. Thank you

I placed an order for the S210 coil balances but do not believe they are the correct replacement.

This is in a 2 year old Champion manufactured home. We purchased it new 1 year ago new from the dealer. Looks like an aluminum ribbon. Was expecting a channel balancer and instead got a ribbon just in the channel???? Examined another window and no ribbon? Outside my expertise at this point.
