I'm looking to purchase 2 replacement balance for my windowThe channel measures 24" long 5/8" wide the block measures 15/16 wide and approximately 1 3/4" long with a green brake the hook end is just that a hook that measures 1/4" wide Can you helpThank you in advance-scott

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for this channel balance. I didn't find one with a hook on the end. I've already replaced the shoe (FS265-XCP2 1'' Pivot Lock Shoe) but the string snapped on one of the channel balances. Thank you for your assistance.

There are no markings on on the parts or the windows

I have older MW vinyl windows that were installed in 2000. The plastic part at the top of the rod has broken on several windows thus causing the spring to lose tension. Attic windows with tilt capability. Only no. pat. 5737877. Will need 12. Top and bottom.

I have 6 windows I am needing to replace the balances on, upper and lower on both sides of windows. The upper balances are 24 inches, lower are 22 inches. I have one window that will need both lowers balances replaced, it is 14 inches.

I need help identifying this channel balance. Let me know if you need additional information. This balance it attached to the vinyl window frame with a hook. It rides up and down with the window.

Only markings are NTT 24D. The windows may or may not be Cardinal. I need new channel balance and the pivot bar shoe. Some other windows the channel is functioning but one of the shoes has broken. Thank you

Need to match tilt window locks in pictures and match the balancer style and shoe at the bottom of the balancer.
