S795-24 24" Series 795 Channel Balance

Hi I am looking to get a replacement valance for my jeld wen tilt windows. They have the rope hook attachment and also have the 1 inch green t lock balance closed cam. I believe your 795 series is what I need but with the smaller cam and rope hook. The stamp on the valances is 24B and 26 B. Is it po ... (cont.)

The Sash Carrier Assembly was broken, and the metal part dropped down. I suggest it is similar to on lower sash.

Hi....these are pictures of a good balance. I have another that broke. Length of Aluminum is 24.5". Length of whole piece including bottom holder is approx 26". Piece says 25C L05 CMC1.

Balance is 24 inches long. It has a 24B stamped on it and letters BSI. The top of the balance has a hook attachment. The plastic part at the bottom is 1 inch wide and 9/16 ths inches thick. I would like to buy 2 of them.

Hello, if window weighs 22 pounds, and I need to replace 2 balances- do I buy 2 balances either that support a 22 pound sash, or do I buy 2 balances for the 11 pound sash ? (Because 2 X 11 =22). Thanks!

The string on my window balance broke. From looking at your website I'm pretty sure I need a 24" inch series 795 channel balance. I see a 15-195 t- lock balance is included. I have watched the video. It tells me that I need 24 inch series 795T lock 2 26-200 screw clips. my sash weighs 15 pounds my t-shoe one and a quarter inch My pivot bar is one and a quarter inch between the holes. I'm not sure whether it needs to 26-021 or 36-366
