S795-30 30" Series 795 Channel Balance

I have several of these windows with broken balances, tilt latches. The actual channel is 36", spring is 20.5" from one end of hook to the other. I can't find a stamp on the channel. I do have a parts list from Plygem from a couple of years ago if it would help.

Hello, I am about to purchase the 30" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE but mine says 30F. I noticed the stamp you guys have is only upto E. Is it ok to purchase "E'' or you guys make ''f''? Thank you so much

There is a stamped marking 30B. The metal part length is 30 inches the open side is .625 and the depth is .5

Hi, I am looking for the correct channel balance to purchase. The only marking on my current channel balance is 30C - I am guessing the 30" Series 795 Channel Balance is the correct item to purchase, but I would like to know for sure. Thank you!

Will the balance shoe pictured work with the 795? My home, built in 2001 has Patriot windows. Over the years the balances have rusted and snapped. I have some replacement hardware but need more. I just received replacement sash springs (series 795-30C) and they are not the same as the ones I need to replace. Have a few windows that require replacing the balance. They have come apart at the T lock balance shoe. I've attached some pictures for your assistance in selecting the right replacement. 30 in length by a little less than 5/8 width.

The T-lock shoes broke on these two window types. Is there a different window channel I can buy or do these windows only use the 795 series? Also, how do I know which T-lock shoe to purchase? Thanks.
