Hello, All my house windows are 15 years old. Since last year, most windows have lifting problem, caused by broken plastics, as shown in attached photos. Since I can't identify Window brand. Need new balancer shoes and the complete balancers for 30" and 36". The windows have a firm clip on bottom that goes into the indented balancer rod. I do not know how the window would go into your 30B or 36B without the indentation for the firm pin to slid into. Can you help or tell me who may sell ... (cont.)

After I installed the S795-30B balances with 1-1/4" shoe to both sides of the window track, the window seems heavy to me when opening/closing the unit. The sash is 18.2 lbs on the scale. From what I see, the Series 850 is the right replacement for my balances. I cannot find any Info besides Code:PAT Spec:NFRC Series: 1100/1200SH MST:4060.
