S795-30 30" Series 795 Channel Balance

My balance bar has a ridge in it. Therefore, the shoe doesn't slide under the small metal bar. I am also sending a picture of the bottom of the balance bar where the shoe attaches. Please send to Jasmine.

On the back side is stamped 30b. Metal piece is 30 inches. Also note the hook at the top. The hook is inserted to the 1/4 inch hole at the top of the window channel. It is plain without the rib. Hello, this item arrived, and unfortunately it is not the right part. It is just a little bit thicker than the original and does not fit into the channel. I've attached a few pictures. The balance does not operate properly. The shoe separates from the metal channel. Window hard to open. Do you the shoe? I sent pictures for the shoe and a code stamped on 5he metal channel. Thank you.

I have posted photos of the PlyGem parts I need. The t-shaped item appears to be shorter than the one I found on your site that reads an overall length of 1 in and 7/8 inch. I would also be interested in purchasing a bulk package of the metal window springs? that are listed as Part number 253186-3 ... (cont.)

Number on metal is 30B higher up is BSIN and a small rpm perpendicular to Bsin. The plastic clips have broken. Can I replace just the clips in picture or do I need to replace whole unit.
