My hurricane resistant windows were installed circa 2006. The builder left NO records as to where he bought OR what maker,model ,etc. These are tilt in windows. looking for replacement part for Quaker double hung window (2017). Balance 22B square

The stamp on my balance is 08-06-04 Unique Balance 27D but the measurement from top to bottom of metal channel piece is 28". So am I ordering 27D or do I really need 28D? I'm looking for a channel balance that is the following dimensions and kind. (22"X1/2"X1/2") The window is a single hung, vinyl. Please find attached 3 pictures of my broken Ownens-Corning channel balance. As you can see, it is 22" overall & I believe it is the Series 770. I have included a picture of the only stamp I could find on the channel. Could you help identify as to A,B etc?

My broken sash support has 21TGX BSI stamped on it. It is regular channel measuring 9/16 in wide, 1/2 deep by 22 long. I do not know what the replacement part number is that I should buy. It looks like your S770-22 but I do not know the weight range. Any help would be appreciated. ... (cont.)

Hello, Need a replacement balance. Maybe model 770. Overall length is 22" but stamped as 21F, see pictures. Can you advise of correct replacement part? Thanks Bernd

22" channel balance for tilt window.. no plastic clip on top (it screws in sideways hiding the spring) and with a wedge end piece to attach to window pivot (hook might fit?). Photos attached showing system. What do you have or suggest? Also, do you have window latch hardware?
