Please see the images attached. I have a customer looking to replace one of these balances. Do you have anything available? It would measure 22" and the window would weigh 22 lb.

The channel balance replacement I need looks just like the Series 770. The imprint on the old part is 21HD BSI JL. I'm guessing D is the weight range but am wondering if HD means something else.

Tilt-in double hung windows, most likely from Home Depot, although origin is unknown as I am the second owner of the house. Balancer mounts to inside of window casement by a 'hook'.
