S770-22 22" Series 770 Balance

This is from my tilt sash window. I cannot find any markings on the window to designate its make. 2130 is the only marking that is on the balance itself. The spring is what is broken (see IMG_3028) so if a suitable replacement for the whole balance unit is not available would the spring be available ... (cont.)

Hello. I need to replace two balances and pivot shoes. My window is 14lbs. I believe I need part number S770-22 B but my balance depth is 1/2 inch (5/8 seems to be more popular) and I want to confirm which balance and pivot before I purchase. Can you help? Thank you.

Overall dimension is 22" long. Plastic parts at each end are 1/2" square. The number in the second picture is stamped on the back of the balance. Thanks for your help!

I've got a tilting window with 22in plain channel balancer. They are labeled 21TG. The pulley mount is broken on one side. None of the preassembled balancers on your website match. Top has a z shaped hook formed from sheet metal that clips to top rivet on balance and uses final fold in metal to hold hook on the rivet. 22F and 24F stamped on metal.I don't know if there is a better solution to trying to find exact replacement parts.
