Hi, I've been having a lot of trouble tracking down the right replacement part for my window. I called Andersen they said it could be Renewal by Andersen. I called them they told me to call you. Operator mechanism for Renewal by Anderson casement window installed in 2004

Have 2001 vintage Andersen casements. 31 1/2 x 60 19 3/4 x 60 Operators and hinges are bad. Appear to be straight arm (windows are rusted shut).

number on window glass is CIG-1 2007 Number on the part is 135143

I am not looking for the shoe but I need to replace the metal rod that goes through the shoe as it is rusted.

In the first picture the threads are below the sill. Need an extension. In the other 2 we are removing the wooden sill and replacing with granite which will make it 3/4" thicker so need extensions for those 2 Windows. I measured these as 5/16, 12 teeth.
