640 is on end of one coil spring. I will need both sides.

There is a plastic piece that connects the coil to the window so it will raise and lower easily. the plastic piece is broken on both sides

I need to replace the coil, shoe, and support for 4 windows. Thr windows are all at least 20 years old, and I don't have any measurements, since they're for a client.

Attached pix show a window that will not stay up. Its partner window works fine. I would like to know if you can match the spring cartridges from the pix. Coil has number 8 stamped on it. All parts seem operable but window is still falling. I'm assuming coil has failed. Can you tell me which coil I'll need for replacement? Thanks

I've included two pictures one of the balance springs that I've taken off the window that were broken there's a single screw that attaches them to the window channel and the slide in the slot on the lower half. Total length is 31". Shoe is approx 1 1/8" x 5/8". Sash weight approx 15 lbs. One coil stamped 5 one coil stamped 6
