I need 2 replacement window coil balances for an Anderson window installed in 1987 or 1988. The sash weighs 8 pounds. The only marking I could see is CO on the round metal pieces. I have double hinge window made from American craftman (I guess) 35.75 in. x 53.25 in. the constant force balance is damaged. there are two coil on top, with two screws. dont see screw for the U lock part. if you can let me know what the part # to get. thank you! wendy

The coil spring balance on the right side of the vinyl tilt-in bottom window is broken. Can the coil spring be replaced? Do I have to replace the bottom pivot shoe and/or the upper spring holder? I have a window in my bathroom with tandem spring coils. The spring is stamped with a 4 on one spring and a 5 on another spring within the same tandem set. Do I make it a 9 pound single spring or what?Avidon

I was unable to find any information to identify the manufacturer of the windows. The coil spring is stamped 932.
