24-737 Andersen Sash Balance, 725, 727, 731, 737

I'm replacing the sashes on a double hung Anderson window. The visible glass size on each window is 24.5" wide by 22" tall. The current sash balance is marked H19 725, and 11600-17. I am having trouble determining which is the correct replacement part. Colin

I have pulled out an Andersen sash balance and the only markings I can make are: C6 space 7 space 27 space -106. Not completely sure about the -106 Glass size fits that of a 2846 unit. The window may date to the '60's What sash balance do you recommend? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I need to replace an Andersen double-hung window balance. The lower sash visible glass dimensions are 36 1/2" wide by 16" high. There are numbers on the balance box but are very poorly stamped. I seem to be able to make out a 7?27 followed by 11-86. The "?" is the one character I can't read but ... (cont.)

I have a few different size Andersen windows that require balance replacements. What's the easiest way to find out which balance I need for each window.

Dear Swisco, I'm trying to find the correct replacement balance for my Andersen doublehung window. The balance has 11600-17 on one side, 11600-A3 on the other, and BD31 / 89 on the end tab. No other number are stamped or inked. Window is 28.5" wide. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ralph ... (cont.)

Both sides no good house built 1979 to 82 #'s are D4B 7#37 10-95 and 11600R-2 measure approximately 30 X 46 the outside window works but the inside window does not

Could not find anything other than 11600-17 on my balance. Double hung window, each glass measures 28.5" wide X 28" high. Which of your balances will work?

how the heck is the plastic piece across top of 11600-17 supposed to come out? we managed to get one out and see that there is a metal box on each side of top-- sash balance box, i guess. and how is that sash balance box supposed to come out? thanks!

I am in need of a new sash balance for an Andersen window. I removed the top jamb and was able to take pictures of the sash balance. Hello, I need to know which andersen narroline balance box to order. my window is 32 W X 46 H. the upper window pain is 32W X 23 H and the lower pain is 32 W X 23 1/2 H.
