Hi, I have a sliding patio door, that requires a lot of force to toggle the lock - so far my troubleshooting has indicated a mismatch between the lock-side and strike-place/receiver side (sorry, I don't know what these are called, but have included the photos). The locking mechanism him on the door that contacts the wall is slightly broken. There should be an extruding piece that gets pushed in when the door contacts the wall. This piece has broken off. Send out the lock won't close properly.

Please advise if this item matches the lock I have. Photos attached thanks

Hi, The lock says made in New Zealand and has two capital i. On the bottom edge of the lock there are letters X A. Inside the handle it also says made in New Zealand. I need to replace the lock, handle and latch. Do you have these pieces? Thank you
