These are for vinyl double-hung windows that have 900 series tube balances with two pins. Need to know if you can ID them from this pic

We believe our windows are Jeld-wen installed in 1997. Many of the balance stops are now with broke pot metal pivots as shown. Wondering if we can get replacements for these parts?

We are trying to identify what this is called because one of them is broken and we want to purchase a new part.

Marking on window balance says 27S30 and underneath that it says BSL underneath that in tiny letters, it says NB . Need replacement thank you very much.

Hey there, I had no problem identifying my pivot bar as the 26-226 as they had snapped and were removable. This is my pivot shoe. The channel depth seems to be around 5/8, width around 1 1/2 and height about 2 inches.

Trying to find a replacement for the broken pivot shoe. Trac is 1.25 wide by 9/16 deep. The shoe is 2.5 inches tall
