There's a window at one of our rental properties that does not have any markings that I can locate aside from the photo attached. Marking on window balance says 27S30 and underneath that it says BSL underneath that in tiny letters, it says NB . Need replacement thank you very much.

Hey there, I had no problem identifying my pivot bar as the 26-226 as they had snapped and were removable. This is my pivot shoe. The channel depth seems to be around 5/8, width around 1 1/2 and height about 2 inches.

Window not operable. No tension in rods and lead cams are badly worn as well

Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???
