39-340 Roto Awning Bracket, Surface Mount

Dismantle broken part as photo shown. The window cannot be winded open and close. The hinge part number is OP05 1007. Could I get the replacement parts from your company. Do I have to buy the hinge attachment bracket? Please advise parts to be bought to get this window repaired?

The operator is grey metal and has a marking that looks like with a triangle overtop of a line on it. The operator spline piece is on the left side. There is a number on it, but it is extreamly hard to read, the best I can tell it sais ?198?420 best guess maybe a 4 and 7 respectively for the ?. The ... (cont.)

This is for a Milgard window. I have 2 of them where the screw cannot be seated and so i can't crank it. What is the replacement model?

I ordered and received a replacement this part recently but unfortunately it did not include this black latch that's actually the part I need

Also seems that I would also need the clip holding the 2 bars together Vinyl window. please let me know if you require measurements will be glad the take pics with tape measure. Handle male snaps in unit. I may need two units depending on price. Thanks, Lou

Thanks for writing in. This looks it might be our 39-393 Awning Operator. If so, this can work with either the 39-340 Surface Mount Awning Bracket, or the 39-424 Face Mount Awning Bracket. Take a look and both and see if you think which would be best for your window.

My casement window arm came off of the hinge track. What parts do I need?

This part connects to the end of the armature and the window. When cranked the window opens and closes. The tabs on either side of the top edge see photo #1 broke off. There is a brand ?ROTO? and a number OP05 1007 on the part. Thank you

This a casement window. The side hinge has the part HG04-2006. The part in the picture is showing the center hinge - two scissor hinges meet in this connector (which is broken - if unbroken you would see black plastic/rubber surrounding the piece where the 2 hinges meet.

Measured the part at 1 3/8" inch by 3/8 inch. Hopefully the 4 attached photos will help. I have a canopy window in need of parts. The crank is OPO5-7540-03. Below are the pics of crank. The last photo shows the missing pieces for the ends of the arms and the mount on the underside of window that the arms attach to. Do you carry these parts?
