Trying to locate a replacement handle for my patio sliding door. On the outside of the handle, it has "Acord D or Wal". In the handle of the interior that broke off it has P.N.L 103. I just received a second replacement handle (#82-055K) that I ordered. The first install didn't go well, so I had to order another one. Is there an instruction book that you can send for installing this? My issue is around the lock bar mechanism. I understand it has to be cut to fit my door, but ... (cont.)

Do you have a guide to install this? The straight lock mechanism is too long...do I have to cut it shorter to fit inside the opening?

I have reviewed your inventory and the 3.5 in. spacing for the 82-055K handle is right but I measure the door at 1.5 in. Do you have a handle that will work. I ned to have it lockable.
