This balance shoe matches those on our single hung Pella windows. My concern is getting the hook attached to the metal channel cover and then getting it all back into the channel. Good afternoon, I am looking for parts for a customer window, looks a lot like your series 795 but mine has a top hook and the shoe is only an 1" wide (15-194). Can you tell me a part number for the channel mine has 28C stamped in it.

We are restoring a home that has several of the balance shoes like this one. The total length is 2 3/8", width is 1 1/8", and it's about 1/2"-5/8" deep.

I need this pivot shoe for my windows. The part # appears to be ( AT 81010). I bought them from Lowes Hardware 8-10 years ago. Thanks

I bought 2 balance shoes to repair my window but the ones that I received (15-195) are a little fatter than the ones I need I think. I have tried and tried to make these work but i cannot get them into the window. The ones that came with my window are probably 3/8in where the ones i got sent are ... (cont.)

The pivot shoe in the picture cracked underneath. So I need a replacement. Hope hoot is clear to indentify item.

my single hung tilt window sash balance assembly had fallen apart. The tilt guide at the bottom has come apart, the rivet pins that hold the spring and tilt guide (shoe?) have fallen out and internal pulley eyelet for spring has broken. I'm attaching photos. This is a 28" Channel Balance (plain channel). As best as I can tell it's the Series 795, but the shoe looks different on mine than your illustration, so I wanted to check. It looks very much like the 795 balancer with a 36" x 1/2 x 9/16 channel except the plastic pivot shoe on mine is only 1" wide and yours show a width of 1 1/4. I could probably cut that down to fit but wondered if there is another pivot shoe that is 1"wide?

I am looking for these parts. Are they available? I need at least 6 balances and 3 sets of tilt locks.

I believe that the 795 Series in a 28" length will work for our windows; however, I am unsure of the pivot shoe width. The one we have is 1" wide. Is the pivot shoe on the 795 Series also 1"? Rose

I need to order (2) Series 795 channel balances with 15-194 1" T-lock balance shoes and 15-198 clips but don't see this part #. This is for a stamp option 34C
