This balance shoe matches those on our single hung Pella windows. My concern is getting the hook attached to the metal channel cover and then getting it all back into the channel. Good afternoon, I am looking for parts for a customer window, looks a lot like your series 795 but mine has a top hook and the shoe is only an 1" wide (15-194). Can you tell me a part number for the channel mine has 28C stamped in it.

We are restoring a home that has several of the balance shoes like this one. The total length is 2 3/8", width is 1 1/8", and it's about 1/2"-5/8" deep.

I bought 2 balance shoes to repair my window but the ones that I received (15-195) are a little fatter than the ones I need I think. my single hung tilt window sash balance assembly had fallen apart. This is a 28" Channel Balance (plain channel). As best as I can tell it's the Series 795, but the shoe looks different on mine than your illustration, so I wanted to check. It looks very much like the 795 balancer with a 36" x 1/2 x 9/16 channel except the plastic pivot shoe on mine is only 1" wide and yours show a width of 1 1/4. I could probably cut that down to fit but wondered if there is another pivot shoe that is 1"wide?
