This balance has broken in several places and needs to be completely replaced. The track is 36 inches long x 1/2 inch square. The spring is 20 inches long. I need help replacing the part in the attached picture that's broken.

Dear Sirs, Per the attached photos, I need two replacement sash balances for an NVR 1800J 33 3/4 x 76 3/4 single hung window. Per photo 239, it's marked "36B PR BSI". I'm looking for 8 replacement balances to replace the ones pictured. Four Windows total. They are Atrium single hung, tilt, new construction windows that are approximately 12 years old. The metal part of the balance is 22".

The S795-34D balance is very similar to what I have at home except the T-lock shoe size. Mine is about 1" wide but the S795 has the T-lock 1-1/4" wide. So how to get a S795-34D balance with 1" T-lock shoe (15-194)? Thank you. --Richard

I thought the part was #V6155 but I guess I am wrong. What is the part number for the channel ? Shoe ? Are the part numbers different for left and right ? What would cause the bottom window to not stay open ?
