We have a window that goes up but does not stay up, it just slams back down. We believe we need to replace the shoe or channel balance and shoe. I'm unable to find a similar shoe. I purchased the 26" Series 795 Channel Balance (26C) doesn't fit. Old cam device at bottom of the spring assembly is narrower than the new one, so there is no way this new one that I have will work as is. Is there a narrower option for the cam device?

The Tlock appears to be the correct msize, but I cannot get it into place under the existing rivet in the channel. Do you sell the rivets and the tools (unless a standard center punch would work) to replace the rivet in the existing balance channel? My guess is that these will work then. ... (cont.)
