Hi, I bought 8 Series 795 Channel Balances but realize I need a narrower balance shoe, can this be used to replace the show on those balances? Also what's the pivot bar to go with these? my current one seems big to fitting into the 1-1/4 shoe that comes with 795 balances.

Hi I am looking for what looks to be a 795 with down channel balance. 34 in long your description states that they have an 1 1/4 in pivot shoe. Mine are 1 in. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks Justin

We have a window that goes up but does not stay up, it just slams back down. We believe we need to replace the shoe or channel balance and shoe. I'm unable to find a similar shoe. I purchased the 26" Series 795 Channel Balance (26C) doesn't fit. Old cam device at bottom of the spring assembly is narrower than the new one, so there is no way this new one that I have will work as is. Is there a narrower option for the cam device?
