I have a 26C balance bar with a 1 inch T-Lock. The balance bar install is with a hook but I can't find the T-Lock to fit it.

Is it possible to order the cam only.

The shoe parts do not fit. Request 4 replacements the same size that will fit on the balances. I believe I need 1", not 1-1/4". This is a Pella Single Window. The old channel balance does have 28c stamped on it. I think the balances themselves will work.

Hi, I am looking for the correct channel balance to purchase. The only marking on my current channel balance is 30C - I am guessing the 30" Series 795 Channel Balance is the correct item to purchase, but I would like to know for sure. Thank you!

Patriot windows will not close to lock. Is there an adjustment to the balance rod or do they need to be replaced? If adjustable is there instructions on how? Hi, I bought 8 Series 795 Channel Balances but realize I need a narrower balance shoe, can this be used to replace the show on those balances? Also what's the pivot bar to go with these? my current one seems big to fitting into the 1-1/4 shoe that comes with 795 balances.
