Hi, I am looking for the correct channel balance to purchase. The only marking on my current channel balance is 30C - I am guessing the 30" Series 795 Channel Balance is the correct item to purchase, but I would like to know for sure. Thank you!

Hi, My tilt window felled down accidentally while I was cleaning it (with tilt position). One end was out of the channel balance (S795-27B) and the T-lock was broken into pieces, while another end was twisted. I've ordered 2 T-lock parts from your store, I think I know how to insert the T-lock ... (cont.)

29B BSI TO is stamped on my channel balance. The T-Locks are breaking. I need either new T-locks or new balances. T-locks look like an older style. The balance has a hook to connect to the window frame. Can you tell me what would be the right part?

This is the plastic piece that sits inside of the window that locks into place when the windows are open. The plastic has broken so the window slides down and doesn't remain open. I need the replacement piece

I have a ~15 year old "MW Patriot" single hung window (maybe model #NC 1300/1400, but not sure), with a lower tilt sash. I've got a window that has a broken pivot lock shoe. See attached photo. the bottom has broken and the cam will no longer stay seated. I can't seem to find a replacement based on the pictures provided in your catalog. Can you help.

I bought several of the 195 replacement shoes to fix my windows. They fit in all dimensions but one-- they are too thick. Do you have a similar size that is thinner by about 1/8 inch? I included a picture for reference

In 2016, I had to replace the original balances on my Patriot windows. I upgraded to the S795-28 balances as the originals balances were not strong enough for the weight of the windows. This is a LoE, single hung, insulated, dual pane, vinyl window. We do not know the manufacturer. Window does not go up or stay up. Window is 69 inches long, 34 1/2 inches wide. It's about 10 years old. We've been to several hardware stores but can't find a part. Home Depot recommended your website ... (cont.)

Markings on mine say 34c bsi

I purchased the 26" Series 795 Channel Balance (26C) doesn't fit. Old cam device at bottom of the spring assembly is narrower than the new one, so there is no way this new one that I have will work as is. Is there a narrower option for the cam device?
