Hello. I have broken the plastic piece that holds the metal In the window jam that you put the bottom of your tilted windows in with the metal post that is on the actual window itself. I have sent pictures. Can you help me identify this or find Fix this?

Wanting to make sure I order the right part. My pivot shoes look different than ones on your site also. My balance string is held by a screw on top of window frame.

I need to replace several but don't know what to get.

The ones needing to be replaced have the taper as show in the IMG_0687 photo. the other picture shows the other side of the balance. I thought that I bought these from you in 2017! I hope you can help. thanks. Skeet

My house was built by Ryan homes back in 2003 (I'm not the original owner). I have several windows with the above label (only markings I could find) that have broken channel balancers (with busted shoe as well). Trying to locate the appropriate parts.I suspect it may be a Series 795 Channel. I was t ... (cont.)

I need both balances and tilt locks. The balance is 32 inches with 30-5 stamped on it. The sash weighs 20 lbs. The tilt locks have wings on them. Thank you

Hello, I need two balances (and I think I read the number stamped into the balances as 28C8S1?) and I also need 2 of the latches that let the window tilt out. Both latches need to be for the right side of the window (this part is broken on 2 different windows)
