Hi, I am trying to find the correct balancer to repair my broken windows. I have about 5 or 6 windows that randomly slammed shut and now wont stay open on their own. the balancer is popped out. The balancer is 30 inches long and has a 30C stamped on the side. It uses a string balance that screws in ... (cont.)

I have a missing piece, I think it is the sash? The stamp is 28C BSI vrIt is 29 in if I am measuring correctly.Can I purchase the necessary part from you? What is the turnaround time?Thanks for a prompt response! Tim

Hi. This happened this morning. It looks like the balance snapped and cracked the bottom of lower sash. I assume it's not repairable and will need a new sash-at a minimum. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Markings from balance in photos. No markings on T-lock. Have more photos if needed to identify. Just need the shoe not the balance.

Is there any way you supply these balances and shoes? They are probably from 2004 and maybe Pella Windows. They are all pretty much going bad due to the plastic shoe being brittle and breaking there are nine Windows total with four balances a piece
