The balance is 33" long. Markings are shown in the picture. I need to identfy and order a replacement.

Good afternoon, I'm trying to find a replacement finger latch, as well as 2 balances and pivots but im havimg some trouble locating the right ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am trying to find the correct balancer to repair my broken windows. I have about 5 or 6 windows that randomly slammed shut and now wont stay open on their own. the balancer is popped out. I have a missing piece, I think it is the sash? The stamp is 28C BSI vrIt is 29 in if I am measuring correctly.Can I purchase the necessary part from you? What is the turnaround time?Thanks for a prompt response! Tim

Need a replacement part

Hi. This happened this morning. It looks like the balance snapped and cracked the bottom of lower sash. I assume it's not repairable and will need a new sash-at a minimum. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
