S160-10 10 lbs Series 160 Coil Balance

I have a single hung vinyl window made by Jeld-Wen around 2000 that won't stay up. The sash is approx 27 lbs and has 4 coils (2 on each side). Do you know what replacement parts we need to fix this based on these pictures?

1998 Simonton see pictures and make sure I got correct numbers. 1/2 coil S160-06. 15-191 shoe 15-150D support, which looks different.

I'm looking to replace a couple of my coil balances, one is for 9 pounds and the other is for 10 pounds. They are MI Windows

Can you let me know if you carry this type or something of upgrade?

We need to replacement the entire mechanism including the coil, shoe and balance. The mechanism is 4" long and 1/2" thick. Please see attached picture. The window sash was 20lbs. Hi, Please see picture of our broken coil balance. I'm pretty sure this would mean we need 2 10 lb balances, possibly a left and right if they come that way. Thanks for your help, Ryan

Need part numbers

I need a window balancer. I ordered these parts before. I believe it is S160-9, 15-199, and 15-150S. the window is 23.9 pounds.

The right side balance shoe is broken. The plastic housing has shattered. It will no longer hold the window up. I need to know the part number so that I can order a new one. Thank you.

Hi, Have no marking on old coils. Cassette at top of sash housed double coils on both side. The length of the sash from the bottom of the cassette housing at the top of the sash to where the shoe with the window closed is 53". The window weighs 20lb.
