I am looking to replace a broken balance on a single hung Pella window. do you have this part?

I only have a picture and I know its a 20 lb. Only one window opens. Can you identify from this picture?

I have a house of Pella vinyl windows I installed. From day one, some of the windows wouldn't stay up in sections of their tracks.
