Trying to find some window balance parts for a Simonton window .

Trying to locate this Pivot shoe for a tilt window,the little piece that attaches the balance rod has broken off the top,like a little hook if you will....thanks so much in advance for you time!

I need both shoes, coils, and triple supports for a bottom sash. The removed coils are marked 5,6,6 that should I believe equate to a the weight value of a 34lb sash, but I put the sash on the bathroom scale and it reads 40lbs. I apologize if it's hard to tell from these pictures but a customer sent over this broken spring loaded balance that they are trying to find more of. Hello! I need to replace a few spring coils. Attached are pics. The stamp on the coil seems to read ' #10.0 35" ' but it's pretty hard to see. Can you help? Thanks!! Suzannah

The window is a Clayton Windows Series 700. There is a "10" on the plastic part. I don't see anything on the coil itself

my window spring just broke and am looking for replacement parts and how to replace it.

My handyman just asked me to try to find this part for a broken window.

Because the side of my housing say 10, I should chose a 10 pound spring right? But the series 160 is 1/2 in and my stock spring is 1/4 in.

Hi. I spoke with you earlier today about buying two quick tilt single coil window balances and two shoes. The window sash measures 29"in length, 26 ½" in width and weighs 20 pounds. I cannot find any markings on the current balancer but the coil number is faded but it looks like #10.0-35. We tried ... (cont.)

My Simonton coil snapped off of my shoe as seen in pictures attached. The window will not stay open anymore. The coil says #10.0 35". Do you have this in stock?
