need 4 of the sash balance 27" need 4 of the sash balance 21" need 8 of the 1/2" pivot shoes

Sash balance. 34" in length. Double-hung window. Lower pane tilts in for cleaning. Need to replace sash balance on left side (and probably right side, too). Not sure what kind of part I need. Thanks for the help!

Looking to replace entire part as assembly. Photos are from undamaged side that I pulled out. Tilt window, plain channel w/ 1-1/4 T-lock, 33" channel with 33C stamp Appears to be similar to 33" Series 795, but with hook clip

Stamp: 28B PV BSI We have two broken balances, (and and thus need 4 complete balances to replace those in the two windows. Also, one tilt latch, right side, is broken. The end piece for the top is missing but it is like a hook.

I need to replace two broken balances. They both broke where spring attaches to the pully. I dont see any mfg info but balance channel is stamped 28C BSI. I would also like to replace bottom vinyl seals.

I need a rplacment for the attached pivot lock or replacment Channel Balance with Pivot Lock. I have included a picture with dimensions of the channel balance. We have 23 windows that need new pivot locks and channel balances that range from 28B, 34A, 34B and 34C.Booker

I have 2 windows that the left side balancer when looking from inside home to the outside of home is broke. Along with 1 latch that was damaged due to the balancer failing. Would need 4 new balancers 2 for each window. Along with 1 latch for the broken broken latch on window in picture ... (cont.)

Hello,Please see the pics attached. We are looking for (2) replacement s795 balances. "28C". I believe they have to be custom made with 15-198 top clips. Please confirm. The bottom shoes may also be the 1" version.

Hello i cant find in your parts this type of springs, i was wonder if you have it? ill attached picture of the end brackets so you can see and match. its a channel balance for a tilt window stamp is " 28G i need qty: 2 of it.

We need a S795-33 type F with clip on top instead of screw. Hook needed is 15-198. Quanity of 4.
