I need to replace the balances on 2 windows (total of 4 balances). The only markings I see are 27C and CJ CP. The bottom part of the balance is broken off as well.

I had ordered this 28" Series 795 Channel Balance / S795-28 - which right size but the connection pieces are not. The end piece for the top is missing but it is like a hook.
