Hi. I wanted to know if the 21 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, TRIPLE Product Code: S140-21 would fit my window? If not, is there another triple balance assembly I can order?

My window is not lower enough to be able to lock. Would these pictures are enough to identify balance part?

I'm in need of balance assembly for my 18 year old double hung windows. After hours on the phone with Simonton it turns out they shipped the wrong size. I have attached pics of all parts as well as Simonton window identifier numbers. Please advise if you carry theses and the price. Thanks in advance ... (cont.)

Our house was build in 2009. I believe the part is a coil balance but not sure. The plastic. If this part is no longer available do you know what I can use as a substitute? Thanks I'm advance

It most closely resembles the Certain teed coil balancer by dimensions. The band is 3/4" thick. The pivot shoe is 1-1/4" wide. Over all length looks to be about 4-1/2".

I need the weight balance hardware foe 12 of my windows. This is one of the smaller ones.

Need plastic housing to hold 3coils

This are the broken pieces, the only brand that I can see is GA on the locks.

We have determined that the coil balance ins #6 but are uncertain on the parts numbers for the standard support and the pivot shoe. Hello,My name is Mike, and I am looking at replacing all of the parts on my Simonton window. The numbers and letters on the side of the window are D0729 and DMSHWI. I've attached a photo. I'm not sure of what the parts are called, but I need all new coil balancers, (I believe they are 3/8 wide), new ... (cont.)

I need three Simonton window balancers. I have two windows that have broken balancers (one has one broken and the other has both broken). Thank you for your help.

The spring covers and springs are in really bad shape on several of my windows. I'm looking to replace them as some of the plastic has deteriorated so badly that I can't open and close the windows.

Also the part attached to window itself that releases springs both sides are missing. any help would be much appreciated. You have saved me before hoping for the best Thanks Roland
