I have some tilt windows, and I need to replace all the hardware pieces. I'm stumped on the spring, the ones on there right now are double springs. Some of my windows have missing or broken ballasts. Consequently, the windows won't stay up. I believe the windows are Louisiana Pacific. Attached are the pictures you requested. Hi. I have the basic single tilt latch 3 x 5 Simonton windows. I believe I need coil balance constant, tilt latch and quick tilt pivot shoe sash carrier for 2 of my windows. (Window is fixed on top) Please help me figure out what to order. Thank youTara

Spiral Balance Pivot Lock Shoe

Part number 801020. Coil says 4.5. 35" p . Coil look to be 1/2 " need shoe too. I will need whole set up for both sides of window right & left.

The balances for my bathroom window both broke in half. Looking for replacements but just want to make sure I'm buying the right kind. Markings on the coils : 4.5 35'' Thanks for the help!

I was replacing a broken coil with the new one you sent me and I unfortunately broke the plastic end piece that holds the coil. I'd like to buy two of them please. See the photos for the same piece on the other side of the window. It is approximately 4"x1". I might as well get the bottom pieces too ... (cont.)
