I have a couple busted coil springs on my Simonton windows. They were installed around 2002. All the windows are the same size. Both left and right side are broken depending on the window. I need both coil balancers and shoes for this window. I don't see a manufacturer or weight on the window or balancers. The sash weighs 20 pounds though.

Two coils; one stamped 7M, the other 4. Width measures 15/32". Need 2 sets for left and right. May get 2 more for another balky window of the same make. No mfr listed. Shoe is reinstalled for now.

Please help me to identify the correct parts. I cannot find any words on the coil spring cover (no band name, no part number). I only find " #4.0 35" P " on the spring as shown in the picture. model number of window is hr-25 48x80 which I assumed was 25 lbs. one coil clearly says #6.5 and I think the other one says #4.5 trying to figure out what parts I need to replace. Issue: The bottom window sash is very difficult if not impossible to raise. It feels like it's weights 100Lbs. I have some tilt windows, and I need to replace all the hardware pieces. I'm stumped on the spring, the ones on there right now are double springs. Part number 801020. Coil says 4.5. 35" p . Coil look to be 1/2 " need shoe too. I will need whole set up for both sides of window right & left.
