The are windows installed in my new home back in 2006. The spring broke on the right side but am looking for complete assemblies for both sides. Are you able to identify and sell complete assemblies?

The cover for the steel coil has broken. Also the latch broken. Maybe also need some locking shoes. Pls let me know which parts. Thank you.

Hello, My bathroom window balance coil broke on both sides of the window. The coil has #6.5 35" P stamped on it. It also has the number 5232208 stamped in the same place. Not sure what parts to order. Please help.

I need both coil balancers and shoes for this window. I don't see a manufacturer or weight on the window or balancers. The sash weighs 20 pounds though.

Two coils; one stamped 7M, the other 4. Width measures 15/32". Need 2 sets for left and right. May get 2 more for another balky window of the same make. No mfr listed. Shoe is reinstalled for now.

model number of window is hr-25 48x80 which I assumed was 25 lbs. one coil clearly says #6.5 and I think the other one says #4.5 trying to figure out what parts I need to replace.
