My name is John We bought this house new in 2003, the windows are Simonton (just to avoid any confusion) and recently this spring let go and we would like to purchase a replacement or maybe two incase another goes south.The window opening this spring was in is 23" x 70" and the rest of the house is ... The balances on these windows are falling apart, particularly the plastic cover is just breaking into pieces and then other parts get broken when we try to open the window. I need to replace all of the parts of the balances (springs, cover and the pivot). These windows have three springs with diff ... (cont.)

Need replacement parts for Simonton double hung window with triple coil balance spring.

I have a Simonton window with duel springs one spring has broken but i can not find any stamp on the spring to determine which replacement i need. What are your suggestion ?

My top window falls right down when unlocked what to do to repair. Also the bottom window locks to the frame a have broken off need to put new ones in

The house we recently purchased has two different eras of tilt windows, half from the mid 80's, the other half from the early 20's. Both the left and right coil balances need replacing. The pictures are attached. I am needing to know which patient need. The window weighs about 8-10 lbs. There is a photo of the window model number. I can repair it without issue I just need the correct part. Thanks.
