Both the left and right coil balances need replacing. The pictures are attached. I am needing to know which patient need. The window weighs about 8-10 lbs. There is a photo of the window model number. I can repair it without issue I just need the correct part. Thanks.

This is a small vinyl single tilt window in a kitchen. It won't stay up. I don't know much about these parts, but it appears it is a double coil balance system. Is there a replacement part that will work?Thanks,Wes

Coil spring for upvc sash window

I need to determine the size of springs I need for these windows. The original springs are 3/8 inch wide, but I could not find any markings of the weight for each spring.
