S385-13 13" Series 385 Channel Balance

The only markings are 12D usb.

Attached are photos of my Milgard block and tackle that broke this morning. Is it pooible to just get a replacement for the broken line? If not then I'll need help with the correct part number for a replacement unit.

Trying to find replacement counterbalance for my windows. Counter balance is 13 inches and the only marking I can find are 12 3 BSI

Please check my pictures, this is a channel balancer, metal to metal is 13", width is 1/2", stamp 12-5. Thanks

Hi Could you please identify the the parts that we should order for replacement? I attached the pictures also the stamped # are 12-2 BSI, 12-3 BSI, and 15-2 BSI. Thanks, Dzung

I think I need the Caldwell 385. The balance has winged top and winged shoe, and the shoe measures slightly more than 1 inch. I'm having trouble locating a sash balance with the same stamp as our window. Ours is stamped 13 3. The metal portion of the balance is 13.5" long.
