I think I have identified the sash I need, but would like to confirm. The #s on the sash are 12-4 GG5 CMC 54. They didn't bring up a part. Can you help me? Tamra

Hi, it looks like a pair of S385-13 channel balance would work for me but I have one concern. The metal part of the old balances measures 13 5/8" instead of an even 13". Is that enough of a difference that the 13" balances wouldn't work? Thank you!

I am trying to replace a channel balance and am pretty sure that it matches your S385-13 product. The only question I have is that my current stamp is a 12E U.S.B. with a sash weighing approx. 12-15 lbs. Do you have a channel to match that weight? Thanks, Reda

I just got 18 S385-13 channel balances. The balances appear to be a good match with the old parts, but upon installation of the first pair, my window is hard to lift, it sags when I let it go in the up position, and it makes a springy, boingy sound when it's moving. What is wrong? ... (cont.)

I need to replace the 13" Channel Balances and the Top Sash Guides on my 2002 KINCO non tilt window. The balances are stamped 12 2 BSI. The top and shoe pieces are attached.
