Would please help to identify part number for attached balance? Also which stamp option should I choose? How can I know which option will work for me? Is it bigger number the better? Also should I replace both including the one still okay to work? Thank you, Maggie

Hi, I need to replace channel balances for my bathroom window(it's a up/down sliding window, I believe it's non tilt windows). The existing metal channel is 15" long. I am trying to find the right replacement for this balance. The overall metal length is 15 5/8 inch, 5/8 inch wide and deep. I the boot has does measure the 1 3/32 inch that was pointed out in the other photos. Thanks for the help!

The markings on the side are 14-5 JG5 CMC 54. The bottom fitting is 1 3/32". The top fitting looks like it matches your #385. The metal channel measures 9/16"x 15". The window weighs approximately 18 pounds. Sorry I don't have pictures.

I am looking to replace this 15" long balance as the string broke.

15" channel balance off of a philips window. 4 little dots at base of rod

Need to replace one of the channel balances that the cord broke. It is 15" length on the metal part, with 1/2" width. The printing on the back says 14 3 DP CALDWELL.
