Please help me identify the part I need to order. I have tentatively identified it as a S385-15 but there are so many options that I'm really not sure.

The metal shaft measures 15 inches."14 3 IQ CALDWELL"is printed on the metal shaft.There are no other markings.I require several of these balances to service a home that I built 20 some years ago for a client here in Japan.I would appreciate the help in identifying the proper replacements as well as ... Dear Swisco,I need your help identifying which window balances to order. The only identifying number marked on the existing ones is "14 4 JR CALDWELL."
