I looks like I have S385-18 but i'm not sure which spring weight I need. The only numbers on it are 17 5 FT CMC 2 Thanks!

On the back of the part it shows: 17 - 2 - 15

Markings: 1720 BSI Bv

I've gotten balances from you-all in the past. I know there are some technicalities to the hardware details.

Stamped 17 3 EV CMC 2, 18" metal only. Both plastic ends are broken and one pulls end. Left side of window has a pull out clip on it the other does not. I need new parts and a bit of guidance to put it back in. ?

Hi i need replacement channel balances for 2 windows. The 20 3 cp Caldwell is 21 inches and the 17 2 bp Caldwell is 18 inches ( measuring just the metal part). Both appear to be 1 3/32 at end. 2 questions: what parts do I need and should I replace both sides? thanks

Hello, I would like to purchase new channel balances for my windows. I attached some pictures to show the type that they are. They measure 1/2" wide, and are 18" long. I have two different sized windows that I need new balances for. For reference, one of the existing channel balances has the marking ... (cont.)

Looks like top sash guide on both corners is broken. The width of the channel is 0.5 inches. I would also like to know the channel balance replacement part for my existing channel balance. The channel balance marking is 17 2

Hello, I have two sizes to identify. 1. Caldwell 32 5 DN 33" long (metal only) 2. Caldwell 17 3 BN 18" long (metal only) Both sizes have identical foot and hook.

Bathroom window, has following digits 17 3 DU CMC 2 IT MEASURES 18" along the metal and is 1/2" width
