S385-24 24" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hello, Trying to identify a channel balancer. It's non-tilt window, 1/2" channel, 24" long. I weighed the window and it's 30 lbs. The window is made by CWS and is double pane. I know the clips are identical (shape and size) as S385 (I know because this window I had replaced while other wi ... (cont.)

I'm looking at replacing 2 window balances. Plus a clip to hold the balances in place. I recently bought 12 and they worked perfect. But this Window is much bigger but the balances are smaller.

My balance comes from an Alcan window. It is 24 inches from metal to metal. Has number on it. 2420

Hello - I need new channel balances for a non-tilt window. They look like they are 24" x 1/2", but I can't tell which series I need based on the fittings (pictured). The stamp option (pictured) looks like it's 2340. Thanks- Matt

I have a 24 inch, half inch wide channel balance that needs replacement. It has 23 5 pd BSI stamped on the side. Can you get a part number for me. Thanks

I have a balance that seems to have a shoe that I don't see on your site. That shoe is stamped 'Patent # 6958264' It appears longer than any that you show. The metal part of the channel measures 23 5/8" end to end. 24" is slightly past the middle of the shoe, about in the middle of the 'PAT' part of ... (cont.)

Bottom shoe is exactly 7/8" deep

385-84 Stamp shown is 23DS 36 What is the equivalent in your product? Thanks

Hi there, I'm looking to replace my daughter's bedroom window balancers. The only numbers I can pull off of it was BSI 23 9. Hi I need some new window channels for my Marvin windows, one of them the string has failed and the others are really hard going up and down. I need 2 2330R, and 2 2030R replacements. the sheet metal extrusion is 24" long

I have given the part number in the last email. 23 5 EV CMC1. This part number includes the length and manufacture. I don't see the need to disassemble window. Stephen
