I need 6 sets of this item. It says 23 3 HK Cadwell on it. they are 24 in metal to metal. Can you help me. I am a senior and selling my home but need to repair my Alpine windows installed in 1990. Thank you

I think I have a 24" channel balancewith 2320 stamped on back. It looks to be a S395-24. The top of the spring looks like it attached lower down than the photo on the 24" Series 395 Channel Balance page.

my sash weight stamp is 2390. your options only go up to 2370. should I use that? Thanks. Charlie Gilson

Hello, the Window Channel Balance is 24 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and has a stamp of 2340 on it. Thanks for your help. I would like to replace them.

I have a window with glass measuring 26.5" top to bottom. One side of the window has a Caldwell 23 5 balancer and the other has a Caldwell 26 4 balancer. Based on other measurements the 385 series is correct for me but I am questioning the correct balancer size since they are not matched. Can you co ... (cont.)

I have one window with channel balance is stamped with 2390 on them - this is a Viking window. I have another window and one channel balance has 235 stamped on it and the other has 239 stamped on it - this is a Milgard. Is there a channel balance with a stamp option of 2390 for the Viking?
