Hello my Balance springs in 2 of my front window has failed. The home was built in 2008 and the part i need looks like this. There is a part number at the bottom of each unit. Thank you for the help Rob

Hello SWISCO Experts, I am seeking a replacement Channel Balance. The current broken one has a length of a little over 24 in. There is a bit of faded script noting "23 5 BV CMC 2". The bottom looks like a S385 shoe because its 1 3/32". I need a 28 9 AX CMC 4 and 23 9 HX CMC 11.

My balances are 2330 markings, your 2330 looks great ,but my tops look different then yours, mine look they have more of a flat guide on the top for left right balance, please advise me after this should work thank you sincerely Rick,

I have a Milgard channel balancer that the rope snapped. The numbers on the balancer are 23 4 JV CMC 7. Can someone advise on which replacement channel balancer I need? Thanks in advance!

If you can determine which balancer is needed to match the letters and numbers in the photo, I would like to order two.

The spring balance string broke. The window is about 28 lbs 26 3/4 " tall 44" wide. The metal part of the balance is 24". The markings in the photo are 23 5 BP Caldwell.
