I am seeking a window channel balance 27" x 9/16 x 5/8 for a 32 lb window.

I am trying to find a replacement for the channel balance on my window as seen in the pic. It has trouble recoiling back up when opening the window. Older single hung aluminum double pane window, need replacement. Windows old enough no numbers/model stenciled on window. Total length balancer 28" aluminum 27 inches. Do I need to weigh window or is this enough?
