Greetings,I have a 1/2", 27" long channel balance. I could use some help selecting the correct model. I think it is either a 380 or a 385 model type. Hi, measurements are 27" metal channel length 1/2" wide 9/16" deep window is dual glaze 45 1/2 wide by 57 1/2 high stamp reads 26 4 HS Caldwell. think that might be 3640 1/2" channel maybe please advise, thanks.. might need 8 to 10

Hi! I'm discovering just how specific and complicated it can be to replace balances in my new home. I've included pictures of the markings, top and bottom shoe which are definitely both winged. I'm not finding an imprint on the channel balance to indicate weight. I also have no take-out clips on my window and we can not figure out how to get the window pane out to weight it.
