The metal part is 27" and the number in the picture looks like 26 3 to me. Is the enough information?

Single hung Kinro window with spring sash balance. My current part has 26 4 stamped on it and is 9/16 deep by 1/2 inch wide.The foot is 1 1/16 deep by 15/16 wide. The head refer to picture. Sorry, no pictures of the part installed. The part is 27 inches long. The part number is 2630. Please note that it has plastic clips riveted into both ends. The old channel balance has the following info stamped on it "26 4 CW CMC1". The length is 26 but what about the tension? Please advise
