Hello, I have a Milgard double hung vinyl window. The channel balance popped out after I opened the window (it's been a little tough to lift lately anyway). Measurements 1/2". Metal end to metal end not including plastic attachements: 26 3/4" with plastic the complete length is 28" Please advise correct parts replacement. Thanks Debra

I'm not sure my current parts are Swisco. Does it matter? I hope you can help me identify the correct replacement parts. The metal part of the channel balance is 27 1/8 inch long, not including the plastic top or shoe. It is 1/2" wide. Printed markings say "26 4 CALDWELL HM"

The window balance appears to be a block and tackle type. Only markings on the part are "26 3 AR Caldwell".

Metal channel is 27" long. Overall length is 28. By the measurements it looks like a 385 series. I just wanted to make sure that is what you think it is too. Thanks, Kevin
