Measures 28 inches long. 27DS 32 is stamped on metal.

1/2" channel width I am not sure about the top and shoe, look like 19-005 and 15-001. Please double check for me.

I believe this is a S385 series balance. The metal frame measures 27 inches long not including the nylon inserts. I am not sure what option to order and I can't find any other markings. The window weighs approximately 27 pounds.

The longer balance is 28 inches long and 1 inch wide. The number on the channel itself for this one is shown in Picture 213413. The shorter one is 16 inches long and 1 inch wide. Details in Pictures 212840580 and 212903476. Window lock is also broken; Pictures 213414 and 213417.

I have a broken sash balance so will need to order 2. They come from a Jeld-Wen double pane window. They are 27" long, 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep so I believe I need the 385 series.
