i need to replace a ( part no 28 3 Caldwell ) channel balance ,,, the metal part is 29 inches long . Do you sell replacement balances and parts for this window made by Gapco? The lower end plastic part is broken and the balance had the number 2740 on it and measures 28 inches from end to end of the metal part as shown in your instructions for measurements. Is the window missing the balances the same type and brand of your other window? Attach some photos of your current channel balance system to your reply post.

I ordered some series 351 channel balances based on your recommendation that many customers find that they work for GapCo windows.
