I am not sure what I should order to replace my Window balance. Has 2740R BSI stamped on it.

Need a channel balance replacement for windows in our home. The length of the metal part is 28 inches. I used your guide from the instruction video to measure it. The cord in the balance is broken and I need a replacement. Thanks. Abhi

Hi I need to replace a number of my channel balances. They are stamped with "27-5 LX CMC 11". I took pictures of the channel balance with the measuring tape so you can see the length. Please help me confirm that 28" Series 380 Channel Balance will work for me. Thank you, Jon

I have two window balancers from the same series. One is a 2740 and the other is a 1840. I can't seem to match the top shoe. There are no other markings other than the 2740 and 1840. Please help me identify. Thanks.

Balance is 28 inches long and stamped with 2740L.

Hi, I need help to correctly identify a balance please. It is stamped 28C and is 28". The pictures will show the ends. The sash weight is 20 lbs.
