Please suggest if you have matching Top Sash Guide as per the attached images. I believe these windows are around year 1985/1986 as the house was constructed at 1986. The approximate measurement is given below. The measurement in inches. top rectangle part is -13/16" x 7/8" Total height 15/16 bottom ... (cont.)

28 inches long (metal part only) 1 3/32 winged shoe non winged top What do I order? Seems Like a Series 385 series bottom shoe (15004) but the top is not winged Pretty sure it is 2740 strength. Please help

Hi, I need two new window balances. The metal channel on both is 28" long. They have 27D and what looks like 3.S.I. stamped on the metal. I've taken pictures to hopefully help identify them.

I know it's a 385 balance labeled: 27-5 FJ5 CMC 34 I didn't measure it so hopping the label will help. Thanks Mark

I think I need a 385, but could you confirm. The length of the metal is 28" The marking on the metal is "27 3" (See Image) The ends are shown in the pictures. I believe I need 15-004, because the dimension is 1 3/32".

Went to change window out w a new on-balance broke. Need new ones- this is the stamp. Do I need to replace both sides?
