Trying to find out what balance I need for my windows

my part needed is for a non tilt out window balance. The metal is 29" inches long and 1/2inch wide. I was looking at the s380 and s385 but not sure which on I have. The metal has 28B stamped into it. Please advise which windows balance I need to fix my windows.

I would like to order replacements for window balances, please help me to identify correct parts per photos attached.

I will need 6 of the S385-29 balances (2850 spring) with the 15-029 shoe.

Hi, I need to replace these channel guides. Its hard to see in the pic but the number on it is 286 with backwards 'C' The metal portion of the piece measures 29". It is 1/2 inch wide Would you have a replacement for these? Thanks

1/2 inch x 29 inch non tilt channel balance only marking 28B.

Hi, Sorry for the poor quality photos. Hope there is enough there for an expert to figure out. The metal length is 28 inches. Unfortunately, didn't measure the width. Let me know if this is not enough info. Regards.

They do not tilt. 2830 is the number on them. 1/2" wide.

What SWISCO part number do OI need to order based on the photos and number stamped on the channels? I have replaced the channels in a prior home just not sure what part number i need now.

Number 28B is stamped into balance and measured out to 1/2 balances

The sash measures 30" The only Numbers on them are stamped " 28D" For hurricane rated windows. So windows are heavy and roughly 25 lbs with heavy springs in them/ not spiral sashes. Unable to send compete photos, but if you need them I can send later.I do know what the plastic ends look like so If ... (cont.)
