S385-29 29" Series 385 Channel Balance

Have 29" Series 385 Channel Balancerams but the stop that screws into the top of the window is broken so the track just shoots upwards. I haven't a clue what it would even be called and there were no stamping a on the part.

29" long, 1/2" wide it has 28C stamped on the metal, there is no other info on the metalI will be sending another e-mail for a second window.

Where can I find these?

Metal portion of the balancer is 29". I believe I need a S380-29 option 2830. Have included pictures of the ends and the the metal is stamped 2830. Thanks for the help!

They measure 1/2" and the length is 28 5/8" I need 2 if these (left and right side) I also need the little hook thing at the top of the frame that you pry out with a flat head screwdriver. I'll take 2 if those also Thanks!

I am thinking Series 385 29 inches is the correct replacement. Would you agree? Also for a top sash guide the dimensions of the 18-094 match mine but mine has an elongated slot vs. two holes. Do you have one with the elongated slot? The guide attachment screw is centered so I would have to drill/c ... (cont.)

29 inch window channel balance with guides winged . Does it matter if the guides are winged or not. And would you identify what model should i order

I ordered a S385-27 option:2620 and it should have been a 2820. My mistake. Is there an 27 in balance with a 2680 option?? If so what is the part number. Thanks for your help, Brian

I have a channel balance with the following number stamped on it: 29-12 C15 CMC 50. It appears your model S385-29 should work. The metal channel I have measures exactly 30 inches long. This balance has a 29" long metal channel with the 19-005 top and 15-004 (1-3/32" deep) bottom fittings. There are stamps on the back which read, 28 4 EK Caldwell. My window is 32" tall and 25" wide and weighs 16 pounds. I have read a similar discription from other mail in questions that I may have ... (cont.)

It says 28b on the metal channel and the length is 29". Shoe is 5/8.

Hello, I need to order a pair of window balances. They are stamped with "28B", which I think equates to 2820, but I am not sure about the shoe style. The bottom of the balance is broken off, and the other balance is missing entirely. Can you help me ID this, please?
