I am not sure what you call these plastic clips on the top of my windows but I am missing them on some of my windows and the windows do not attach to the WIndow Balances I purchased from you, S385-29. The metal is 29" long and I am looking 8 of these

stamped 28C USB my channel is 1/2" wide 29" long

One set is labeled "28 4 Caldwell Fm" but is 29 inches long, 1/2 inch wide for non tilt. The other set is labeled "25 4 Caldwell HM" but is 26 inches long.

We need some new balancer parts. I believe these are called "Block and Tackle". They measure 29" longt(he metal portion) and are 1/2" in width. Can you please let me know if you carry a replacement part? We need 10 of these.

Good Evening, I am looking for a 29" (metal channel) channel balance. I believe it is a 385 or 380. But from your description I am unable to verify the 1-3/32 vs the 1-inch. I don't see which direction to measure. Can you help? Thanks, Lise

I have to replace several channel balances. The stamp on the metal is 28-4 KM5 CMC 8. I'm not sure which channel to order. Does it indicate a 2840 with a sash weight range of 23 to 28 lbs. Awaiting your reply so I can order replacement channels. Thanks Lou
