Hello, Recently the tilt broke and the spring came up the top of the window. The white plastic part sheared off so I do not have a complete image of that just pieces. It is a 1/2 inch; 30 inch long tilt but I am unsure which one would be best. I included the top view of the other side which is ok ... (cont.)

Hello, i need 6 each of two different balances. I need 6 for a larger set of windows and they are labelled as 2940. Then i need 6 more for a smaller set of windows and they bare labelled 2930. Hello I pulled these out of the windows that won't stay up. The plastic pieces are mostly i Intack I'm not sure why they won't hold the window up. I pulled another set off a different set of windows and they are 26 ? threes. Should I go with a higher weight on this to a 29?3? Looking for your expert ... (cont.)

Do you have the balancers that are marked 29C USB 29D USB They are 31 inches in length.

Our windows are original installs from 20 years ago. Several of them open with misaligned and one or both of the channels don't seem to be engaged. Please see photos. Not all the windows are the same size. This is just one of the channels. Thanks.

I need new channel balances. the length of the metal is 30" and the width is 1/2". The marking reads 29 3 B.S.I 0L The window weight is about 20 lbs Window is non-tilt On the shopping section, it looks like either an S380 or S385 but I can't tell the difference
